Just another Monday.......... But it FELT LIKE SPRING TODAY. I left for work in a parka and walked out in a shirt. The sun was shining. I actually continued my walking program to a three-day stretch. Woo Hoo! I have grown 9 tomato plants from seeds (little seedlings now). Can't wait to turnover the dirt in the garden, this weekend. Project weekend!!!!!!!! Plan to plant my spuds on St. Patrick's day. And I have discovered the very best rice pudding recipe. I posted the link yesterday. All gone and I am making another batch, but a double one.
